If a student on OPT find a job and employer agress to sponsor H-1 visa, how long will it take from submit application to H-1 approval?

My wife is in the same boat. She is on OPT currently and we need to talk to her employer to see if they can file an H1B for her. In the worst case, how much time does file subimssion to H1 approval process take, if we do premier processing?
