How I can get copy of I-140

Per my employer, I140 got approved but holding it and not providing the copy of that. Do not know why he is doing this? And is their any other way to get the copy of approved I140?
 
I-140 is the employer's petition. You are not entitled to a copy. Some people had success filing a Freedom of Information Act request (FOIA) with USCIS. Search the forum for that keyword.
