Gentlemen,
I am curious to know how does INS identify the local office when they transfer the case. Is it by residence or by place of work.
I live in NJ and my company was also in NJ. Now I have changed job and my company is in NY and residence is same i.e. NJ. So if there is transfer, will it goto NY or NJ? And any idea how much is wait for both?
I appreciate any responses in advance?
