Hi. I have a high dv number 2011AF00061XXX. I was checking the visa bulletin on US department site and i can see that the cut off for july for africa is 57,600. do you think they will they reach my number?
 
I saw on the visa buletin, Not sure if august or september but definitely the last african number I saw was 64 000
 
yes, so you still have a chance if all the visa have not been delivered, but with a high case number, it is always safe to participate to the next year lottery

You will be current in August, that is when you will go for your interview.
