This situation is unique.
my friend abroad has a approved I-797 which was originally approved in 99 oringinally
bu his visa was rejected the first time.
the sceond time he got a visa in mar 2001
perfectly valid upto mar 2006 a h1b visa
so he decides to complete his contract there and move to the us to work here and the company here alos wants him to come immiadetely as he is very skilled he
and has many years of experience.
now what is the status
1-797 pettion was valid from aug 99 to apr 2002
visa valid froom mar 2001 till amr 2006
can he come on the visa or has to file a new h1b
