I am a US PR and my family is in india.After getting my GC approved on March'05 applied for follow-to-join and case was stayed at Chennai consulate due to cut-off-dates established for EB2 Category(4 years backlogs). No idea when they schedule interview for my wife and Son.
Now i am planning to move to canada with temporary work permit so that i can bring my family to canada.
Q1. What is the process of getting Temp work Permit to Canada? and then how long it taks to get my dependents visa in india?
Q2.How to maintain my US PR if i temp work in canada?
Q3.If i moved phisically to canada with my family and working USA then that situation do we need to pay any candian taxes?
I appreciate any suggestions in this regard...and please let me know any one knows about any companies who can sposnor work permits....
I have Bachelos Degree in Computerscience Engg and working as Sr.QA Analyst in USA since 6 years with Java, J2EE development experience and have 4 1/2 years telecom experience worked with SBC Services and Sprint Nextel Corporation...
