Pleae help,
I changed my status from B2 to F1 two years back. Now, I want to change from F1 to H4 without completing my study(My husband\'s company is helping), though I am in status so far. I have two questions,
1. How much is the chance of rejection. If rejected will F1 still be valid?
2. In Chicago, how much time does it take to get the approval?
