Help needed......

My PD is current, I don;t have an AP to travel, I have valid H1 until 2/2009.

What will be the issue, if my 485 approved, While i am in abroad.

Is there will any issue in POE, if i come back with the H1.

FP1 : May 28 2004
I140 AD: April 7 2005

EB2
PD : March 9 2006 (India)
I140: AD : May 13 2006

Applied for PD transfer from EB3-EB2. Waiting for duplcate EB2-I140 receipt with the updated PD.

Not sure if I case applies to you. I came back to States with H-1B stamped on 3/25/2008 at around 8:30am. While waiting for another domestic flight to my final destination, I checked my e-mail and found I-485 was approved (card order e-mail) at 3:45am (about 5 hours ago). There was no issue when I entered POE. Hope this helps.
