HELP!! I-94 Expired - 81 days since

rkc

Registered Users (C)
to all Gurus,

03 days before the expiration date of the I-94 & Visa Stamp, a new H1B was filed by my "new" employer. Its been 81 days on the whole since the date of receipt by the INS offices and looks like the delay is more for the I-129\'s to be processed. My question here is,

1. Could someone please help me understand any implications / legalities involved here.

2. What\'s the 30-180 law and will it apply for me?

3. What should I be doing? and not doing?

I would really really appreciate any help in this regard.

Thanks
R

Nothing wrong.

You are perfectly alright. But if you think you will feel better you can convert your application to premium processing. Consult your lawyer.
