help, EAD and i485

I filed a I485 with my I765, the notice date for them both is 9-13-07, I got the Appointment Notice on 10-2-07, and its scheduled for 10-30-07. My question is after the appointment how much longer will I be waiting until i get my ead, and GC?
 
Can't say for sure, but EAD is usually expected to arrive between 60 and 90 days after filing. At least, that's the usual time frame reported.

By appointment do you mean Interview or FP? If you are talking about interview, then that means EAD will not be necessary any more? (right people??)

If it's interview, you could get stamp right away, and phisical GC a couple weeks after.

If this is FP appointment, count as said by b.robot, 60 to 90 days (usually 11 weeks) from receipt date for EAD.
 
8/04: filed I130 waited for my mother to become a us citizen, (advise from the lawyer)
i130 ND:7/12/07
08/19/07: Filed I-485, I-765
09/13: NOAs for I-485, I-765
10/2/2007: Received appointment Notice for I-485, I-765
10/30/07: at 1:00 is when im scheduled for.

I know its at the MSC, I live in Houston Texas

By this u mean u're Biometircs?
when we use interview appointment in theses forum most people usually refer to the GC interview.
What you have miht be your biometrics appointment (Finger print/ FP)..


lol just to clarify... I would guess u are not very familiar with the lingos here... I am still learning too.....:)

No im not, im just tired of waiting, after I graduated HS I just been siting here waiting for my mom to becasue a US citizen, and my dumb ass did not file for i765 while I was in school, so its my fault.. Hopefully I will have the EAD by December some time, and GC by April 08.
