I want to talk to people, who have received NOID, after their ex-employer revoked approved 140 and they got NOID.

Thanks,
Def.

I also got NOID after employer revoked I-140.

Hi Def,
I also got NOID after employer revoked my I-140.I did not notify NSC about my AC-21 at the time I moved to the present employer.
But after I got NOID,i replied back with all the necessary documents, with my new attorney helping me.on sept 1st,there was a LUD,and I got email from CRIS/online status changed saying that "my case had been re-opened with BCIS motion, and it will take 570-600 days blah,blah,blah...".
My case is EB3/NSC/MARCH 14TH'2003/ PD:11/11/2001 SUB LABOR).

Hi Abhi,
Did your previous employer revoke your 140 after 180 days? Thanks for your reply.

My 140 is revoked. My previous empoyer did not revoke 140, but informed INS that I am with them no more, and INS revoked my 140. So, if your previous employer notifies INS, your 140 will be revoked. But, you have similar job, your 485 will continue.

which raises a disturbing question, can the 140 be sold to someone. i thouhgt the labor can be substituted, 140 is applied with the labor for a particular employee. if an approved 140 is revoked by the employer can he use it on somebody else...by using that underlying labor again?

anybody have any concrete info on this please reply...
