When I checked the web site this mornig for district offices processing times(NYC) it was showing the same message since feb.14,2002,"NYC processing times for I485:"We are now processing cases with receipt notice date of 02/14/2002..."
...I just checked it again and it has been changed to:"We are now processing cases with receipt notice date of May 10,2002.
Just before feb. 13,2004 it was saying that they were processing cases with receipt notice date of May 9,2002 and than they changed to "february" again...I don't get it!
Does anybody know what is going on at NYC office?
