My wifes H4 visa is been refused under 221(g) .the query was to send IRS tax return transcripts for the year 2002,03,04.She attented the consulate on sep 28th and they asked to wait for their call.I have applied the transcripts thru 4056-T , but still we have not yet received any calls from chennai consulate.When we call they ask us to wait till they get back to us.
If anyone faced such problem pls get back to my mail.Im desperate for ur replies.
