Hey,
I am currently on H4 since 14 months. I plan to go back to India work for a company "A" and come back and apply for L1 after I finish a year with Company "A".
I just wanted to know if anyone in this forum has seen or faced a H4 to L1 conversion case.
Has anyone seen any problem in such cases or is it a normal case?
I am worried if consular interview will be a problem since my husband will be in US all this while - can that go against me? Are such cases normal?
