I am on H4 VISA in the US currently. I am starting college for my masters this fall & intend to get a job post that in the US. My husband has an approved I 140. I have the following questions in this regard:
a) Which would be better H4 to F1 COS or H4 EAD?
b) In case my husband changes his job, would his prior approved I 140 be revoked? what would be the consequences of this incase i obtain H4 EAD?
c) Since my husband's I 140 has been approved, what are the chances of my change of status from H4 to F1 being rejected? As i understand that F1 is a non immigrant intent but application for GC would imply an immigrant intent.
d) What are the documents required for change of status from H4 to F1?
Would be good if i can get responses helping me out on the above soon!
