H4- Name misspelled

My wife filed for H4- visa extension and it got approved. But my wife's name is misspelled in the approval notice I-797. What should I do to correct the spelling? Should I write to BCIS Texas center to correct the name or is there any other form that I have to fill out. Let me know.

H4 name correction

Balamurali,

Send a letter to texas service center along with a copy I-797. They will send a new H4 approved I-797 within 3 weeks.
