I lost my job late last year. I got another job thru another company B and applied for my Transfer. I have not yet received my H1B visa transfer. I got a better job at Company C. How can I file for a transfer for company C??? What are the things that I need??
you have to reapply again. H1 transfer case wont apply to you as you seem to be not in status (Unles you have been on the 1 st company\'s payroll getting pay verifyable by paychecks )
but if I have paystubs from company B then??? I mean I can start working for company B once I have the INS receipt right?? What if I want to move before I get the approval for Company B???
