Need your advice. Recently my brother got his H1b premium processed through a small company in US and went to the Madras Consul for stamping and the consular officer initiated an inquiry asking him to
1)Provide the sponsoring companies internal and external photographs
2)List of all people who got their visas stamped in chennai and their w2 forms.
The company here provided him with all the photographs but did a blunder of providing him around 25 w2 forms which did not match with candidates who got their H1b visas stamped at chennai consulate.
On his second visit to the consulate the official their launched another inquiry now asking him to provide the immigration status of all the people listed in those w2 forms and the place where they got their visas from. Now the company here says that they cannot provide information for more than one candidate.What is the solution.
Is it sufficient if we provide info for one candidate or do we need to provide info for more.Thank you.
