H1B transfer to B before start of work at A (URGENT)

Hi,

I am right now working on OPT for Company A.
My OPT is valid till May 1 st 2004.
I have my H1B visa approved and (validity) the start date of H1B visa is May 1st 2004.

Now, i would like to switch to Company B by transfering my H1B(approved by Company A) without having to work for them on H1B visa.

Is this possible ? Any help will be really appreciated.I need this info really urgent.
