Hi,
i applied for a h1b transfer and got an rfe(as the latest paystub was missing) the lawyer sent a letter stating unpaid vacation etc..... today i recieved the h1 b transfer approval but it says that i need to go to chennai for consular processing.......... do i have to leave immediately? is it easy to get a date asap in chennai(the website is down so i do not have any idea of dates available)...
and what are the chances that they will stamp the visa(given the case that i did not have the latest paystub while applying for a transfer)?
btw i was on f1 then shifted to h1b
i also got my h1 stamped last year in mexico when i was with my previous employer
any info will be appreciated thanks.
