I am filling my DS-156 for my H1B stamping on 6/3/05. I have a question on number 35 - "Has Your U.S. Visa Ever Been Cancelled or Revoked?". I don't know should I say yes or no. I was on H4 before I got my H1. They cancelled my H4 when I got my H1 and stamped "Cancelled without prejudice" on my H4 visa. I just noticed this problem and I am leaving for UK on 6/1/05. Please response ASAP. Thanks a lot in advance.

---You can't have 2 status at the same time. Once you they grant you H1, your H4 will obivously get cancelled or I would say invalid. I don't think you will fall in anything that your visa has either been cancelled or revoked. On # 35, I would write, change of status from H4 to H1.
