I applied for H1B in 2006 but then changed plans and informed the employer about not joining and coming to US. My I 129 was filed at that time and its showing the status as pending.
Please advise what do I need to do if I want to pursue H1B now. Would I fall under 65k cap
or
Do i need to start a new application. If yes, then what to do with the pending case.
or
If I dont fall under the cap, then how to transfer to new employer. Please suggest what should i do.
I called the USCIS and they say same that my application is pending.
