my H1B extension is pending from Aug, 2002 at Nebraska center. I got a RFE on my extension, because my stupid lawyer did not send the right amout of fee. My H1 and I 94 got expired by the end of Dec'2002. Replied for RFE in November and the status says it is still taking 120 days from november' 2002. (I am expecting my H1 extension in March' 2003)
I have been told that there is a possibility that I get my H1 extension with no I 94, since my I 94 is expired before getting the H1 extension.(I am expection my H1 extension in March' 2003) . Is that true? Can anybody please verify this for me. If that is true how can I get my I 94 extended.
