I am planning on visiting to India in the month of May and returning back in Jun 2nd week and my H1B visa stamp on the Passport is till July 15th 2004. I also have a H1B extension approved till Dec 2006.
Will it be a problem if I have only one more month of visa validity on my Passport? Will I have any problems at the Port of entry even though I have a H1B extension till 2006?
