My H1 Visa is expiring after 3 years on April 30, 2003. Another company (2) is trying to hire me directly and is negotiating with my first employer (1) . Today is March 20, 2003. They have not yet finalized yet. My question is do I have time left so that I can get something (request no etc) so that I can stay here. I think once I get go-ahead signal from company 2, I will have to so too much paper work too like evaluation of my degrees from India, letters and checks from company 2 etc.
Can anybody answer questions to my queries and can this company help me solve my problems.
