My company applied for H1 transfer on my behalf on May 18th. We havent received receipt notice till today. But we have received RFE in the first week of July and we responded the next day. But after that we havent heard any updates...
can anyone tell me whats going on... as i counted it is almost 100 days passed so far...can i expect in 20 more days... because the whole process is between 90 and 120 days...
can i contact INS regarding my case and i amazed that i havent got receipt notice...
can any one suggest me what to do...
