H1 Transfer Complication

I got my H1 transferred to Company B from Company A. However, I have not left COmpany A as yet & they are ready to take me back for sometime. I have not even started working for COmpany B. However, I went to India and got stamping of H1 for COmpany B. Can I still work for COmpany A for a couple of months & then join Company B without any paper work?

No you can not

Once you have the H1B Stamped from the Company B, when you are entering into US you will be given I-94 with Company B. So you can not work for Company A. If you want to do that, then you will have to file for H1B transfer from Company B to Company A.
