My future employer will apply for H1 early next week through premium processing. Does anyone know the latest on the available quota?
The cap has been reached unless you have a Masters or higher degree from a U.S. university.
Also, how much time is it taking these days to get an approval through premium processing?
INS must approve or deny the petition within 15 calender days.
