I am on my STEM OPT. Expire in Dec 2023
Currently working as a full time employee.
Situation 1: I have been working full time since September 2022, and my employer consented to register me for an H1B visa this year. Picked in the Cap is the outcome. My firm submitted my petition last week, and I also received the receipt.
Situation 2. One staffing company is simultaneously selling my profile. Additionally, they decided to submit the H1B in 2023. But I subsequently find out that they submitted my application to their other company without my permission. And (Outcome -> Selected from Other Company). They claim there was no collaboration or sister-parent corporation, but I have my suspicions. No filing with this firm.
My question is: Will I face any issue of NOIR/NOID in the future or any issues in my current filling Approval? As some H1B holders are getting these notices because of multiple filing. Due to situation2, what are the potential consequences occur in my petition?
Points to consider - > 1. The above two companies ( situation 1 and 2) are not related.
2. In Situation 2, staffing company might be related with other company.
Please give me suggestions and advise.
