H1 extension while out of US

Hello Gurus,

Please help me on following situation:

My employer filled H1 extension of status (EOS) while I was not in US but same EOS approved after I came back to US with new I-94. so the last action by USCIS was the approval of H1 with new I-94.

I am still with the same employer and have to file one more extension. Do you see any issue?
