For H1B the earliest date is 1st April 04. But my visa expires in the last week of April. If I file before my visa expires,what would be my status,because the process starts from 1 Oct 2004,and I think l will be illegal at that time or I am not.
OR I have to first apply for extention then go for the H1B filing
