I have an MS from a US university and currently working on H1B for a university (under exempt quota). If a corporate employer (non-exempt) wants to hire me, does my H1B case come under special quota (20,000 quota) as I have a Master's degree from US university or will I be ineligible because I am not fresh outcoming students..in other words...will my current H1B quota void my eligibility for my H1 case to be considered under student H1 quota (20K)? Please advise me on this at your at your earliest convenience...
I also have another question regarding OPT....after my MS, I started my MBA in the same university (Accredited) and about to complete (I did it as a part time student ..being on full time H1b status) it in couple of semesters...will I be eligible for another CPT (1 yr) and OPT (1 yr) or is it once in a life time deal for the same level of education?
