H1-B / H1-B extension approvals

H1B Extension approval at NE service centre

I-129: Applied : May 11th
Approved : June 24th
Same dates for H4 extension (I-539) , applied along with I-129.
 
Regarding Finger Print Question

Approval Date - AUG/06/2003
I485 Received Date - JUNE/25/2003

Waiting for FP notice. Any body know why it takes long time

How soon can one apply for H1B extension (urgent)

Gurus,

Please answer this question. I would realy appreciate it.

How soon can one apply for extension for H1B1 by submitting I-129? Is it 6 momths or is it actually four months?

I have submitted my I-129 for H1B1 and my wife's I-539 for H-4, 4 months and 20 days prior to expiration. We received our I-797C receipt notices. Are we ok or have we submitted too early? What shold we do if we have submitted too ealry?

8th year extn. approved

Both Nebraska - Applied together - got web confirmation only.

H1B: Applied - 30 MAR 2005; Approved: 09 MAY 2005
H4B: Applied - 30 MAR 2005; Approved: 09 MAY 2005

Waiting for hardcopies.

Interesting thing is, after I quit my old company, there is no underlying labor application pending to support the application for extention. Was little concerned if I'd get it, but luckily the LC filed by the new company worked (they just applied couple of months back).
