I used to work for CompanyA.After filing I-485 later transfered H1B to CompanyB and later got layed off from CompanyB. Now can I go back to CompanyA or is there any procedure to be followed?

Company A does not know about my H-1 transfer and they are willing to keep my H-1 valid.Company A is keeping me on payroll and paying my medical insurance. Company A is also doing my GC and I filed 1-485 and have also got EAD. Am I in status. Can I continue my GC processing? Can I use EAD to work?

Axiom: GC is for future job...

So you are fine. You can use either EAD or company A H1B ...

H1 transfer help

Hi,

I am on bench for couple of months(approx 6 months). I would like to
tranfer H1 to diffrent consulting company, Do I need to have latest
pay stub for tranfer? or Can i use the W2 + employer letter stating
that I am still employed. My new company is charging 2,500$ for
applying H1 extension( is this reasonable). Please advise me for
as my H1 expiring on March 15 2001,.
I am oracle DBA worked for startup company IN Atlanta GA.

Thank you,
Raju.,

$2500 for H-1?

Probably a bit high. Filing fees and attorney fees should be less than that, and legally, the employer is required to pay the $1000 "training fee." Unless the case is being filed for premium processing this is a bit too much.

You really should have the paytsub, but there may be ways around it. Speak to your attorney filing the case for specific advice on this.
