I can\'t afford attorney\'s fee and therefore, would file my i-140 petition myself. I did the same for my labor (EB2-RIR). What all documents are needed for filing I-140 petition.
I know, I need to file I-140 on new form + INS fees ($135) + original approved labor + my last three years W2\'s + my companys financial statement ( probably employers tax return and latest bank statement) + degree evaluation + experience letters.
Do I need anything else ? Do I need to send my copies of Degrees? What should be the minimum balance shown on the company\'s bank staement? I work for a small company with number of employees less than 15 and annual turnover of little less than 1.5 million. Will this have any adverse impact of my I-140 approval ? I have my birth certificate in Hindi. Will this be a limiting factor ?
So many questions... Experts please reply and help this person.
Thanks in advance...

I dont think u need exp letter from all companies - u need for those shown in

labor certification.
As for your birth certification. Get it translated to English.

Birth Cert translation

You need the Birth certificate translated for 485, not 140.
I have mine in MArathi. Just make an exact template of your Hindi certificate and fill in the English details.
Then get a friend who knows Eng and Hindi to verify the details.
I have attached an Certificate of translation. Get it filled from your friend.
Hope this helps
