I am getting married in December 2011 in India. At present I am a USA Citizen and like to bring my wife in USA with the best and shortest amount of time. I will file an application for a green card after the wedding. Is K3 or K1 visa a faster option compare to Green Card? How much of time does it these days for all three visa types?

K-1 should be the quickest. Keep in mind, that for a K-1 to be issued, the marriage has to take place in the US.
My wedding is already decided to be done in India.
