Is it a 2-year card based on marriage, or 10-year card?
If it's a 2-year card, she'll need to file I-751 within the 90-day window before it expires. If it's a 10-year card, she can either file for renewal with form I-90 within the 6-month window before it expires, or apply for citizenship whenever she is eligible (she probably is already eligible if she has 2 years left on a 10-year card).
