Got letter from USCIS

On Saturday I received a letter from USCIS based on the status enquiry initiated by Ombudsman on my behalg towards my pending 485 case.

The letter say, they need to do addtional review on my case and have asked to contact after 6 months if no decision is made. My name is still pending because I got a letter from FBI stating "in process".

I have no idea whats going on here? any clues folks ?

Sit tight for 6 months, open an inquiry again and get the same letter to wait for 6 month more months, repeat the cycle.

need_green_card --> I have done this cycle twice and there is absolutely nothing you can do !!
