Got laid off before 180 days and my employee will notice INS and terminating mr H1-B

My questions:

1. What\'s going on about my GC?

2. my attorney told me I am in pending status, don\'t try to change to F1 status.

3.I can get an interim EAD card from local office after 90 days, and work for any employers, right?

Please help.

Sounds like an unpleasant spot to be in. Not sure if you can even request EAD, although you may be able to use one if you had it ...

Isn\'t there any way to negotiate with the employer?
