My lawyer had not submitted medical records with 485. VSC requested for them. I had to redo as it was more than 1 year since 485 was filed. Hope this helps

Shakti 98 can you please tell me if it was mentioned in your RFE that medical envelope was missing and hence redo.I received a medical RFE very vague with 2 reasons that it was not completed or not signed by INS authorised Dr. We went back and checked but was told that it was completed and Dr is authorised as husband case is approved.I have done a redo as RFE mentioned but am curious to know what.reason they mentioned for redo.
