So a buddy of mine applied for extension on H1B in Canada but his name went through background check. He was given his passport back and he went to Pakistan after six month which was 2 months ago he found out that his visa was renewed. He went and applied for Canadian Visa which was declined.
Question is if he can't travel to Canada how can he pick up his visa?
