In my I140 application about a year ago, I had selected consular processing for green card/visa. Now I hear from USCIS that they have sent my documents to NVC and advised me to contact them for further action after 90 days.
But last month I filed I485, whereby I intend to adjust my status staying here in mainland.
My question to you all learned fellas is, ... is this going to cause a conflict further downstream or do I happen to have benifit of switching boat?
