Go for CP instead of 485 ???

Is it possible to go for CP after I-140 approval, while I-140/Labor Certificate (RIR) was filed for 485.

Yes, it is possible.

You can change it by filing I-824.
It just takes a time. I usually takes months just to move your file from INS to NVS.
