Getting US Citizenship - Beginner

I am really new to this and need to do this for both my parent who will complete residency of 5 years iat end of June 2006. From the FAQ page i kno wthey can apply 90 days in advance and will nee basice knowledge of Eng/US History etc.

Can someone advise which forms they both need to complete and where to lodge the forms. They reside in Seattle. And what is the approximate time before they will get it. Is there any way to speed up the process?


Any other tips/suggestions will be appreciated.
