Saknia I don't mean to be flippant but it looks like there's an increasing need for your predictions.

And also to keep people posting queries in the PBEC approvals only thread.

So users pls. use this thread to ask Saknia / other gurus for time-lines / predictions for your case.

RD (Regional) : 25-July-2004
Transfered to PBEC Dec-2004
Received 45 Day letter : 1st week Mar 2005
Replied to 45 Day letter : 2nd week of Mar 2005

Nothing since, Any particular trend you notice that can lead you to a possible time line for my case, you think?

Saknia Maharaj is out on a 20 days Yoga/meditation camp. He'll learn Labor predicting techniques in this camp.
PS: Along with your Labor filing dates please also provide your birth date/Place & time. That will help Saknia Maharaj to see your nakshatra position.

Do you not need my birth weight, height and perhaps kick boxing skill levels as well.... :)

on a much lighter note for a thursday morn.

Can some one please please please please... tell me what is RD. PD I know is Priority Date. What is RD???

Also, when we say philly is sopposedly currently processing Nov/Dec 2002 cases, does that have any bearing on wheather the cases are RIR or NON-RIR. Or if they were filed in EB 2 or EB 3.

Any answers are greatly appreciated.

RD means received date which is the date when the application move from one office to the next office ( from state to federal ) ,

There is no bearing if case is EB2 or EB3, RIR or Non RIR, when we say PBEC is processing Nov-Dec 2002 cases.

Random question on cases filed in Feb-March-April-may 2003

Hi

I would like to know what everyone thinks about cases filed in first Q1 of 2003 & are stuck in PBEC. Mine is filed from CA , May -2003. Is it worth while to wait for 4-5 months more & see if PBEC reaches thier or file PERM now ?

As PBEC is processing Nov-Dec-2003, would it be safe to say that they will reach may in next 6 months ? I know some folks from 2001 & especially early 2002 still stuck in PBEC.

Any comments ?suggestions ?

Thank you very much GCcomesoon. Mine is also filed in Sept of 2003 from GA. But it is in non-rir EB3. So, I was worried that this might take years since EB2, RIR's... etc would take precidence. My lawyer screwed me up real bad, when they filed mine in non-rir EB3 in 2003. Seems like there is no end to this loooooooong looooooong wait.

Going by Visa movement for July bulleting it is worth waiting few months before jumping to PERM

Visa Movement generally is slow in the end of the Fiscal Year ( sep 2006) . It might move faster after that

However if you have funds start working on PERM and decide on finally after 3 months
