I am on H1B with company \'A\'. I have a few questions regarding applying GC through company \'B\', located in a state where the labor processing is very quick. I believe GC is for future job and so can be filed by any future employer.
Q1. Is it possible to apply GC through another company \'B\' who is not processing my H1B transfer now?
Q2. Will it be a problem if I am not able to join company \'B\' later?
Q3. Should I have to wait until I get GC to join company \'B\' or can I join company \'B\' during GC processing?
Q4. Any other factors/precautions to be considered in this regard?
