GC and Canadian PR

Hi! Canadien,
Does the INS worry when an I-485 applicantion is pending approval and the applicant lands in canada as a PR. What are the technicalities invloved with the I-94 or any paper work if he wants to reurn back to US and continue working on his present H1?. Any and all information will be appreciated.

Yes, they worry, but, it is not against teh law, I was picked up on th eboarders while landing in Canada, my I-485 got approved one year later, and there was no problem, they just harrassed me that day on the boarders
