I am a student on F1 Visa . Currently I am doing internship which was for 2 months initially and later it got extended by a month. It skipped my mind that I needed to extend my CPT for the extension period . As soon as it clicked I requested for new I20 with the extension .However now my CPT period has a gap of 12 days in between where I did work but I was not allowed to . My company is not an E-verified company.
My internship period was from 19th May to !9 th of July.
My new CPT is from 1st of August to 20th of August.
There is a gap from 20th July to 31 st July in which one pay was generated.
Is there any solution so that I do not face any problems in future.?
