I am sponsoring my mother. So, all 4 copies of G-325A should include her information and be attached to I-485... Is this correct? (I am sorry if this question is being asked for the millionth time.. I just couldn't find the answer and my brain is shut :)) Thank you for your answers!
 
I believe the new form G-325a has only one page. You do need a G-325a for the I-485 application.
