G-325A filling help........

Hi

I am filling G-325A. I am working on H-1B and my wife on H4.
While filling G0325A, we need to provide following information.

"This form is submitted in connection with an application for"

1)Should I choose for myself "Status as Permanent Resident"???
2)Should my wife choose “Other (Specify): I-485”????

Please help someone....

I-485 is the application to adjust to permanent residence status. You are both filing I-485 for that reason. So you need to check "status as permanent resident" for each of you. Why would your wife be "other"?
